Jaffa Road Will Perform in Toronto
The city will celebrate Israel's Independence Day.
Jaffa RoadPic: Jaffa RoadToronto joins Jewish communities in the 62nd year of celebrations of Israel Indpendence Day. Sponsored by the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and the Prosserman JCC, the family-friendly event will feature Israeli music, carnival rides, arts and crafts, children’s entertainment and Israeli food.
Jaffa Road will also hold a live concert. The Toronto-based group is nominated for the World Music Album of the Year for the 2010 Juno Awards.
The free event will take place on April 20, from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Mel Lastman Square. For more information, visit www.prossermanjcc.com.
