Sarah Silverman and Russell Brand's Love X-Change
Sarah Silverman and Russell Brand offer free tickets to their show in exchange for donated volunteer time.
Could you imagine a better deal? You get free tickets to see two of today’s greatest comedians and all you have to do in exchange is donate two hours of time to one of six selected charities; Habitat for Humanity, Rootstrikers, Friendly House, The Art of Elysium, Los Angeles Food Bank, or Los Angeles Animal Alliance.
In the video created by Russell Brand, he explains how the contest works:
“You’ll feel good about yourself because you’re doing a thing for nothing. You’ll feel good about yourself because you’re seeing me and Sarah Silverman. You’ll feel good about yourself because of all the comedy and altruism.” Brand says.
The show is on December 11th at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles.
