John Mayer Sings ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ [VIDEO]
The pop singer sang a page from the erotic novel to impress a girl
‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ has taken the world by storm. The erotic novel, lovingly being referred to as ‘mommy porn’, has been parodied by celebrities (you must watch the Funny or Die video feat. Selena Gomez), cursed by professionals and educators, and celebrated by women (and men) worldwide.
In a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon, ‘My Body is a Wonderland’ singer, John Mayer, admitted that he sang a page from ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ while trying to impress a girl.
While sweet-talking a pretty girl, Mayer promised to sing her a page from the current novel she was reading. It turns out the joke was on him when he discovered the novel she was enjoying was ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’. He still followed through with his promise, but he unfortunately did not receive the response he was hoping for.
“She fell to the ground laughing,” Mayer told Fallon.
