Lil’ Wayne just wants this brawl between Drake and Chris Brown to go away, but it seems Spurs guard (and Eva Longoria’s ex), Tony Parker, is just getting this party started.

Tony Parker was one of many nightclub attending at W.i.P in Soho on the night Chris Brown and Drake got into it. During the fight involving both the hip-hop stars’ entourages, Parker suffered a scratched cornea… apparently that’s worth $20 million.

The lawsuit was filed in the Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday. The suit claims that W.i.P nightclub and its operators were negligent in security and supervision, therefore allowing the fight to take place. The lawsuit does not name Drake, Chris Brown, or anyone involved in the actual fight as being at fault.

A total of 8 people were injured during the fight including Chris Brown, his girlfriend, and his bodyguard.

NYPD claimed that members of Drake’s entourage prevented Brown from leaving the club, escalating the fight to include bottles being thrown.

Although the actual cause of the fight has not been 100% confirmed, sources allege Drake gave Chris Brown the finger, presumably over Rihanna.
