Roseanne discusses medical marijuana with David Letterman
Roseanne Barr on David LettermanRoseanne Barr recently lost the Green Party presidential nomination to Jill Stein, but that hasn’t stopped her from sharing her political views.
As a guest on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’, Barr placed a threat to President Obama regarding medical marijuana.
“Obama, you’ll get my joint when you pry it out of my cold, dead fingers,” Barr said.
Although the judges responsible insist no instructions came from the White House, the federal government has heightened enforcement against medical marijuana dispensaries in California over the past year, with many blaming Obama.
Barr has been an advocate of medical marijuana for quite some time. The actress/comedian uses the drug personally for mental illness.
While running for the Green Party Presidential nomination, Barr’s medical marijuana platform was one of her biggest sellers.
The actor/director is working in real kitchens to gain first-hand knowledge for upcoming film.
