New York Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire has gotten into trouble using social media in the past, but this time the NBA star will hear nothing but Mazel Tov.

Stoudemire has posted his recent wedding proposal to his girlfriend of ten years, Alexis Welch, on YouTube.

The proposal was made in Paris, from their private hotel suite overlooking a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.

Stoudemire presented Welch with a 8.5 carat diamond ring set in 19 karat white gold.

While celebrities feel, with today's social media, that they need to share as much of their private lives as possible with the public, this seems like something that should be kept between friends and family.
